Presnell Sporting Collection

Mr. Presnell was born in 1961. He and his wife, Sheila, were married in 1981, and have three children. Mr. Presnell is a devoted family man, a member and deacon of the Fair Haven Christian Church, and is a board member and/or actively involved in various other ministries and charitable organizations, including the Presnell Family Foundation and the Outdoor Wish program.

Mr. Presnell’s business acumen and innate entrepreneurial skills are responsible for the geometric ascent of The Presnell Companies to it’s role today as a major player in the real estate industry.

Since early childhood, Mr. Presnell has had a passion for the outdoors. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, and derives immense pleasure from introducing others to his unique values associated with the sporting world.

Mr. Presnell was the originator of the Presnell Sporting Collection model. His insight fully utilized basic real estate and business principles to create a new vehicle that conveniently provides access to the pinnacle of sporting and leisure travel experiences.

Jeff Searcy brings 20 years of management, sales and marketing experience to leadership of the KBGroup Consulting Team. But first and foremost, this man will tell you he's a child of Almighty God and a fisher of men, a husband and a father who's blessed beyond all comprehension. His role as a servant warrior to his Heavenly Father and family is the position and responsibility he holds as his highest priority, the one in which he takes the deepest pride. Highly energized and a bit unconventional, Jeff is incredibly passionate about what he does and Who he serves. He laughs and says, "My comfort level is cruising at Mach 10 with my hair on fire."

Before founding KBGroup Consulting Team, this proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps served America's combat-injured troops as Executive Vice President of the Wounded Warrior Project. While responsible for Resource Development at this rapidly growing, national nonprofit organization, Jeff led all fundraising initiatives, including individual donor cultivation, development of corporate and foundation partnerships, third-party fundraising, marketing, branding, promotional activities, and online presence. Under Jeff's leadership, annual fundraising and marketing revenues rose nearly eightfold in just three years. As income climbed from $2.7 to $21 million, the donor base swelled from 78,000 to a quarter of million. “Working for the Wounded Warrior Project is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done,” Jeff said.
Prior to WWP, Jeff was owner and president of The Identity Specialists, providing promotional apparel and merchandise, brand consulting, merchandising, marketing strategies, and business development. He is a skilled trainer and speaker. Before founding this company, he was Director of Administration at E.H. Sellars, Inc.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in public administration, both from Kennesaw State University, and a certificate in fundraising management from Indiana University.
Jeff lives in St Augustine, Florida with his wife and their two sons.

 Jim Lombardi is an avid Outdoorsman, Outdoor Writer, and Outdoor Video Producer. Jim is 44 and he and his wife Stacey, have three children. Jim is dedicated to the promotion of outdoor activities. He is a founding Board member of Backwater Legacies, a non-profit organization promoting the education and tradition of hunting and fishing to children nationwide. Jim also enjoys volunteering, as a guide and videographer for the Presnell Family Foundation, which provides exceptional hunts for handicapped outdoorsman and children.
Jim attended Central Michigan University, where he graduated with a double major in engineering. He was a four year athlete and Captain of the CMU Ski Team. Jim began his career as a Product Development Engineer and worked for over 20 years in the automotive industry. He moonlighted for 17 years as a guide for Elk, Whitetail, Bear, Predators, Turkey, Waterfowl and Upland Birds. Jim’s passion for the outdoors initiated the transition into a full time position in the outdoor industry. Beginning in 2005, he developed two successful websites offering outdoor related products and services. His design and engineering background, as well as, his love for the outdoors, awarded him with 3 outdoor related patents.
Jim’s experience in the field, as well as, his product knowledge, makes him an essential part of the Presnell Sporting Collection. As the Director of Product Development, he will assure our clients will have access to the best products through our premier store. As a member of the Presnell Sporting Collections Prostaff, Jim will continue to review venues to guarantee our commitment to excellence, and ensure the ultimate sporting experience to our clients.
 

Brock Ray, a native of Oxford, Alabama, is a big game hunting aficionado and, a whitetail hunting expert. At age 28, Brock decided to couple his knowledge of mundane business with his true love, the outdoors and founded his own publishing company. He has since sold the publishing company and has worked his way up in the business world producing five (5) magazines devoted to hunting. His enterprising ventures then led him into Radio and TV. Brock presently holds an all encompassing outdoor marketing and production firm, The EMGruppe. Through the years Brock’s TV shows have been seen on Fox Sports Network, WGN, SportSouth, and The Outdoor Channel, and is currently working with several industry partners to to produce an all encompassing outdoors show, with the experience and texture that only this combination can bring. So, if not behind the desk or with his family, you will find Brock Ray somewhere in the wild outdoors, fueling another dream or perhaps making another dream come true.
Brock’s primary role in membership development is to inform potential members of the benefits of a membership with our exclusive club. Brock has brought an array of ideas for potential marketing and media outlets to the Presnell Sporting Collection as well.
 

Andrea Dugger graduated from Indiana State University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Marketing. Andrea’s marketing experience has been predominantly in marketing Commercail Real Estate. Many of her press releases have been published in local magazines and news publications. In October 2007, while working for Leading Edge Commercial Real Estate, her writing and writing and photo enhancing capabilities were featured in a FORBES Advertorial about the president of that company. More recently, she wrote an article about, Kevin Presnell, President of Presnell Sporting Collection, in Safari Club Magazine (May/June issue, 2008). 

Andrea’s role with Presnell Sporting Collection is directed toward the coordination of promotional and marketing efforts. She has assisted in event planning, promotional materials planning, web site creation, and meeting coordination. She spearheads Presnell Sporting Collection’s strategic promotional mailings and innovative email blasts along with the coordination of web and print advertising. Andrea has assisted in marketing our elite organization globally and locally.

Andrea is an active member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and also actively participates in fundraising efforts for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Indiana. Andrea and her daughter live on a local farm and she enjoys fishing and camping. She also enjoys coaching youth sports programs and loves to play softball.
